Buongiorno Tommaso,
Come mai quando inserisco il file audio attesa tutto funziona perfettamente
e invece quando utilizzo il file ATTENDERE l'IVR non lo "vede" e va direttamente all'azione
seguente? :dry:
Questo sia che lo inserisca direttamente nel IVR sia che lo inserisca nei Servizi Interni.

forniscimi qualche dettaglio in più
in particolare ho dato un occhiata al tuo IVR ed ho visto che punta a vari "Servizi interni"
se ho capito bene se il servizio interno contiene il file audio "attesa" tutto va bene se invece lo sostituisci con il file audio "ATTENDERE" non va?

si, se metto il file audio (attesa) funziona, se metto il file ATTENDERE non si sente nulla, anzi va subito sull'interno 3000

mi sa di si perchè ho provato a scaricare il file e poi a riprodurlo e il media player mi da errore
prova a salvare il file come mp3 e poi aggiungilo al tuo centralino con questo formato
