abbiamo configurato IVR, ma il premere 1 o 2 o 3 da chiamare esterne li prende solo al termine del messaggio è normale?

Abbiano notato che l'IVR aveva un file audio "Nullo" cioè vuoto.
abbiamo sostituito il file audio associato all'IVR da Niente ad eee

adesso dovrebbe funzionarvi
